It was such a joy to photograph this beautiful wedding in December, having met at art school Chessie and Dan clearly were meant to be together. Their wedding was full of hand made touches, a delightful painted table-plan canvas, sweet name cards and hand-punched snowflake confetti. There was a Christmas Pudding wedding cake and excellent wine flowed. The reception was warm and cosy, with candles and twinkly lights everywhere.
Chessie wore an amazing unique 70s vibe gown - a chic Ozzie Clarke-esque design she had made from her drawings. She teamed this with a cosy fur shrug and a fabric floral headband and veil. The whole look was finished off with a breathtaking, utterly elegant and romantic arm sheaf bouquet of sea holly, berries, pink snapdragons and exquisite white bouvardia blooms which actually looked square! Chessie was the perfect bride, relaxed, happy, smiley and just enjoyed her amazing day. There was a touching ceremony at Chelsea Registry Office and then everyone boarded a London red bus off to the cosy warm Christmassy welcome in the family home.
Cosy, warm and twinkly, it was such a super welcome to all the family and guests who helped celebrate the day.
Chessie painted this amazing canvas, which featured 9 different artists for each table.

The party was amazing, all the family and friends were so welcoming, I really enjoyed the whole day. Lots of touching well delivered speeches and much dancing! I wish Chessie and Dan every happiness together as husband and wife, and thank them for choosing me.
