Lavender Fields and Vintage clothing Shoot

I have been photographing this lavender field for years, and many people from the internet tell met that they found out about Hitchin Lavender through my shared images, its the most beautiful place, which you'd expect to have to travel to Provence to enjoy. A few weeks ago Sarah Wright organised a trip for some London photographers and models to come up to Hitchin Lavender fields. I picked up the ladies from Hitchin station and we headed to Cadwell farm. The group consisted of Sarah Ann Wright Photography, Nizaad Photography, Miss Aniela, myself: Sharon Cooper Photography and Zest of the Loganberry Photography! Organised by Sarah and in conjunction with Nick from the Lavender fields we were a force to be reckoned with. Our models were Little Twiglet, Anna and Kara, they wore a selection of vintage clothes which Sarah had sourced. It was a long shoot, each of us photographers having our own time with each model. Sarah had brought some black netting and smoke bombs which were tricky to light, we ran out of matches and a lighter and even used up all the fuel in another visitor's Zippo! I think the combined results of our shoot are amazing! My photographer friend Tyla also came along to shoot and kindly took some group shots of us.

Big thanks to Sarah for organising it, and to Nick from the farm for being so helpful to us.
